“The Eagle Street Terrorist” proceeded to beat down the young trainee after the final bell had rang until “Rowdy” Rob Long made the save and challenged him to pick on someone his own size later in the evening.
3. “Dangerous” David Daniels & Pure Xtacy downed The Hunter Brothers
4. AWE Title: “Star Man” Mark Clarke defeated “Prime Hate” Joe Logan to retain the AWE Title
5. “The Rapid Fire” Tommy Gunn beat “The Messiah” Brandon Thomas
6. “The Eagle Street Terrorist” Matt Clarke downed “Rowdy” Rob Long
7. 12-Man Royal Rumble: Chris Brookes eliminated “The Messiah” Brandon Thomas to become Mr. Wombourne 2009 and win the 12-Man Royal Rumble.

It’s only a few short weeks now before Alpha Wrestling Evolution break out of Tipton and head off to make our debut in Wombourne in Wolverhampton, and today we’re pleased to announce two exciting matches for what is set to be an amazing night of professional wrestling!

- Gunn & The Messiah square off for the first time!
Our Main Event of the evening will see a match that fans have eagerly anticipated for a long time as one of the most hated members of the AWE roster “The Messiah” Brandon Thomas takes on without-a-doubt one of the most popular in “The Rapid Fire” Tommy Gunn.

Brandon has still not got over the fact that on April 11th at One Will Prevail 2009 he failed to capture the ultimate prize in Alpha Wrestling Evolution when he was unsuccessful in a triple threat for the AWE Title. Since then Thomas has been a seething ball of rage and is looking to take out his frustrations on the much smaller Gunn on June 6th.

- Team Action team up to face The Hunters!
It’s without question that Team Action are without a doubt the most dominant group of wrestlers within the Alpha Wrestling Evolution ranks. However, we often see them in singles competition and rarely see the group explore in the Tag Team Division.

This all changes though on June 6th, as Team Action consisting of “Dangerous” David Daniels & Pure Xtacy are set to take on the ever popular Hunter Brothers in 2-on-2 competition. Both teams have a lot to prove in a match that could be great preparation for July 25th.

Alpha Wrestling Evolution are proud to announce the next huge match for Breakout: Rage in the Cage on Saturday, 25th July at Tipton Sports Academy. On top of the already announced first ever AWE Steel Cage match between Big Richard Action and “Death Row” Shaun Langley, we will see another Alpha Wrestling Evolution debut match.

- Who will Survive?:
The tag team division is heating up and at the last show on April 11th both The Hunter Brothers and The Coal Miners picked up victories over Swift Justice and the team of Chris Brookes & Cupid Valentino respectively, with the losing teams feeling slightly bitter over the losses they sufferred. So July 25th will see AWE’s first ever Survivor Series rules match! Two teams of four will face off against one another in elimination format and whoever will be left at the end is anyone’s guess!

Team Number One will see the fan favorites unite as The Hunter Brothers team up with Chris Brookes & Cupid Valentino.

Team Number Two features the loathed outsiders of the Midlands as Swift Justice team up with The Coal Miners.

Who will Survive? Only way to find out is to be at Tipton Sports Academy on Saturday, 25th July!

That’s right! Exciting news today as Alpha Wrestling Evolution is happy to announce that we are branching out of Tipton Sports Academy and Tipton in general!

That’s because on Saturday, 6th June we are heading to the Wombourne Youth & Community Centre in Wombourne, Wolverhampton!

The show will feature many of your favorite AWE stars including:

The Hunter Brothers, “The Messiah” Brandon Thomas, “The Eagle Street Terrorist” Matt Clarke, Chris Brookes and AWE Champion “Star Man” Mark Clarke!

Tickets cost £6 Adults and £4 Children (Under 13) and can be purchased on the door. Doors Open 5:00pm and the show starts at 5:30pm!

“The Eagle Street Terrorist” Challenged “Star Man” Mark Clarke to sneak his way into the AWE Title Match later in the evening by interrupting the Clarke/Thomas contract signing and calling his brother a coward if he did not allow him into the match.
4. Big Richard Action won Big Richard Action’s Gauntlet Challenge:

- Brookes and Valentino out to silence The Coal Miners:
Chris Brookes and Cupid Valentino have been unsuccessful so far in Alpha Wrestling Evolution competition, suffering a loss to Jon the Yob & Franco way back at Lariats of Fire in August of last year.

Since then, they’ve felt they have disappointed with their performance and as such have promised to silence the loud-mouth Coal Miners this Saturday at “One Will Prevail 2009″. However, this is easier said than done as The Miners have proven to be one of the top teams in AWE and this will be no night off for Brookes and Valentino.

- “Death Row” to run the Gauntlet at “One Will Prevail 2009″:
With the beginning of a new year at Alpha Wrestling Evolution, a lot of things are set to change. However, one thing that has not changed is “Death Row” Shaun Langley’s hatred towards Big Richard Action and Team Action.

Unfortunately for Langley, if he wants to get his hands on Big Richard, he’s going to have to go through the rest of Team Action, and then some. On April 11th at Tipton Sports Langley will enter Big Richard Action’s Gauntlet. Nobody knows who or how many people “Death Row” will have to face, but the odds are definitely stacked against the inmate.
